We Cook Real Food. No Apologies.
The Trash Panda wasn't born in a culinary school. It was born in a backyard, a kitchen, and forty-plus years of feeding people who were actually hungry.
How it started
Trash Can Plates
It started in Rochester, NY at a place called Nick Tahoes. There it is known as the garbage plate. A pile of comfort stacked high with only the good stuff. We, of course, had to put our spin on it!
The Trash Panda food truck is built on that same idea: take the best parts of street food, Southern cooking, and pure comfort and stack them high. No foam. No microgreens. Just food that hits.
The way we cook
40+ Years in the Kitchen
A husband and wife team with over 40 combined years of feeding people — and loving every minute of it. We pack flavor into every dish, we make you smile with every bite, and we show up every single time with everything we've got.
Real Ingredients
We don't cut corners. If it's on the plate, it earned its spot.
Southern Roots
Homestyle cooking is in our DNA — from the pork chop sandwich to the smash burger.
Feed the Crowd
Whether it's 10 people or 300, we show up ready to cook.
Keep It Fun
Life's too short for boring food. We keep it trashy — in the best possible way.
